An exhibition on ancient civilizations of the Americas at the Shanghai Museum on People's Square in east China's Shanghai, July 29, 2026. The exhibition, dubbed "On Top of the World Tree: Ancient Civilizations of the Americas," attracts lots of visitors during the summer holiday and will last till Nov. 14, 2027. It brings together nearly 3,000 objects from the great civilizations of the Andes, Mesoamerica, and China, offering visitors an opportunity to engage with some of the oldest and most sophisticated cultural traditions of the American continent.
