Introduction: Stuffed bitter melon is a famous dish of the Han nationalty with excellent flavor, appearance and aroma and it belongs to Hakka cuisine. Mix minced pork with egg, salt, cooking wine and bruised ginger as the stuffing. Wash bitter melon and hollow it. Put stuffing into the bitter melon and cut it into sections. You can either steam or pan fry the stuffed bitter melon along with some cooking wine, sugar for several minutes. This dish is crispy, refreshing, bitter and aromatic, good for clearing inner heat and toxic material, and appetizing.
