China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City (CSGKC) initiated the "Online Investment and Financing Roadshows" for new infrastructure projects, together with Sanofi Innovation Hub on April 10th, to speed-up investment in strategic emerging industries in CSGKC.

The live broadcast of the roadshow attracted more than 220,000 people on the NetEase platform. It also invited five investment institutions including Hiway Capital, Oriza Venture Capital, Sangel Capital, Nest Capital, and Fortune Capital to comment on and communicate with projects, attracting more than 100 investment institutions and enterprise representatives.
Xu Hui, Deputy Director of CSGKC Development and Construction Office, said with the current epidemic affected both national and global economies unprecedentedly. CSGKC will continue to focus on building CSGKC to an important area and carrier for the future development of Guangzhou and Guangdong Province, to become a model of the knowledge-based economy and a new city.

Li Yituo, director of Investment Promotion Department of CSGKC Development and Construction Office, introduced CSGKC’s investment environment and policy. He said that in terms of investment environment, CSGKC plans to build "one core, two centers, three areas and four parks", namely the Headquarters Core Economic Belt around the Jiulong lake, with four value innovation parks for biotech & pharma, integrated circuits, intelligent manufacturing, new generation of IT. In terms of policy, there are dozens of industrial policies in Guangzhou Development District which covers a wide range of industries and the fields involved are TOP in China.
Wang Nan, head of Industry Promotion Department, introduced CSGKC JV Co. explained that CSGKC JV Co. deeply cultivates the field of communication and cooperation between China and Singapore at all levels, and is deeply involved the all-round cooperation of government, business, citizens and charities. The company is committed to building CSGKC into a city to work, live, learn and play, as well as providing international industrial services for enterprises to promote an international industrial city.
