The 2020 China (Guangzhou) International Emergency Safety Expo opened in Guangzhou on Aug 25 and will run until Aug 27.
As the year 2020 marks the 10th anniversary of the expo, this year's event has set new records in both quality and scale. Covering an overall area of 40,000 square meters, the expo has attracted 600 companies to participate in it, with the number of visitors expected to reach 38,000.
The exhibition area has been divided into 10 sections with different themes, such as modern emergency rescue equipment, fire safety, public health epidemic prevention and emergency medical treatment, meteorological disaster prevention technology, as well as water rescue technology and equipment.
A total of 1,500 new products and over 400 new technologies will debut at the expo, such as the mobile cabin hospital of Tmoon Lab, the emergency lighting system of Opple Lighting, and the multifunctional emergency rescue equipment of China North Industries Group Co Ltd.
The Guangzhou emergency management bureau has taken the lead in holding an exchange meeting on Guangzhou's emergency safety industry development during the expo, carrying out deep communication with representatives from outstanding companies in the emergency safety industry, as well as building a bridge of cooperation between companies and governments in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
