An online communication event featuring the digital oral care industry was held in Huangpu district on April 26, the 20th World Intellectual Property Day, attracting about 420,000 views.
The event was jointly organized by the Huangpu intellectual property bureau and the cooperative affairs office of China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City (CSGKC).
Several technical projects in digital oral care from Singapore and China were showcased during the event, spotlighting the innovative development in oral care.
Digital oral care has gone through rapid development, breaking bottlenecks in traditional oral care treatment, such as long treatment processes and poor treatment experiences, by making technical innovations in areas like smart diagnosis and online solution design.
Lan Weifeng, director of the local intellectual property bureau, said that the district has recently launched policies on pushing forward the IP recognition with Hong Kong, Macao, and Singapore, allowing IP from these areas to enjoy the same treatment as domestic IP.
