Editor's note: With 50 days to go before the opening of the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games, the Olympics will surely become a stage to demonstrate the Olympic motto of 'Faster, Higher, Stronger – Together', regardless of some countries announcing so-called diplomatic boycott of the Games.
The International Olympic Committee and national Olympic committees of several countries, including Russia and Poland, have recently expressed their stance that the Games should not be politicized and they support the Beijing Winter Olympics.

The summit "strongly emphasized the need for the political neutrality of the IOC, the Olympic Games and the entire Olympic Movement".
The participants of the summit were informed of final preparations for the Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022, with a series of successful test events. The Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022 will be the start of a new era for global winter sports.
