On December 16th, 2023, the opening ceremony of the 2023 China-GBA Time-honored Brands (Cultural) Expo (hereinafter referred to as the expo) was held at Hall 7 of the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center (Futian).
The theme of this year's old brand expo is"Gathering Time-honored Brands for Better New Life". The exhibition covers an area of 15,000 square meters and consists of two main pavilions: the GBA Theme Pavilion and the Time-honored Brands Achievements Exhibition Pavilion. It has attracted more than 300 companies, including Chinese time-honored brand enterprises, local time-honored brand enterprises, well-known domestic and foreign consumer brand enterprises, and e-commerce platforms. The expo will last until December 18th.
Gathering time-honored brands nationwide, the expo builds an efficient platform for supply and demand docking. Enterprises in the GBA and the country like Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Group, Luzhou Laojiao, Haitian Flavouring and Food Company, Tao Tao Ju, and Lee Kum Kee showcase their craftsmanship and products together, demonstrating the charm of their brands.
Industry associations, chambers of commerce, upstream and downstream enterprises, and various professional buyers gather together at the expo, with diverse and rich communication and docking activities, to promote accurate matching and transactions between exhibitors and buyers for mutual benefits.
A live broadcast room was set up at the expo, linking live e-commerce resources, short video e-commerce platforms, top live e-commerce institutions, and video e-commerce live-streaming experts from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in Futian, to conduct live-streaming sales on-site. At the same time, a roadshow stage area was built to provide participating companies with an exclusive stage for promotion, product launches, and project roadshows.
This year's expo will specially organize a brand tour in the GBA, where participating companies will visit representative time-honored brands enterprises, new consumer brand enterprises, and characteristic commercial districts in cities in the Greater Bay Area to experience the innovative vitality of time-honored brand enterprises and the urban commercial charm in the Greater Bay Area to strengthen their commercial and cultural exchanges, thus helping time-honored brands enterprises showcase their charm to the world.
In addition, this edition of the expo will be held in the form of "1+10", which includes one Work Conference on High-quality Development of Time-honored Brands and ten forums. Renowned company representatives, experts, scholars, and industry giants will be invited to jointly explore the opportunities and challenges faced by time-honored enterprises in terms of historical heritage, innovative models, brand protection, and digital transformation and upgrading in order to promote high-quality development of time-honored brands.
