North America's largest seafood exposition Seafood Expo North America kicked off in Boston on Sunday, drawing participants from over 45 countries and regions.
Going hand in hand with Seafood Processing North America, the three-day event highlights innovations around sustainability and aquaculture from emerging startups and legacy brands on both the processing and seafood side.
Over 60 Chinese companies have nearly 90 booths with more than 300 participants, according to China Aquatic Products Processing and Marketing Alliance.
With an ever-changing international market and a slowing global economy, Chinese industry players intend to seek certainty and exchange ideas with peers on the platform, said Cui He, chairman of the alliance.
